Essex, CT- Last evening SIOR Connecticut / W. Massachusetts Chapter held its 3rd Q business meeting with networking. Many thanks to: Maura Cochran for hosting us again in 2023 and Bernadette Blaze and Essex Yacht Club for continued awesome support of the Chapter. Great attendance SIOR's! Phil Clark dropped his team in to discuss construction projects and lively Q& A ensued about design, site selection and challenges in the industrial market. I presented the Semi-Annual Chapter Sentiment survey, thank you Art Ross and Keith Kumnick; on industrial and office sectors in our territory.
