Twenty Lexington purchased 299 Industrial Park Rd. as an investment property and Regions Commercial was subsequently engaged to secure tenants. With this latest lease, the building is now 100% occupied, and shared with NRG Energy, a Fortune 200 company who Regions Commercial procured last year.
